Product Specifications
This is a True Carbon Fiber shell. It is not a paint on sticker like some of the other mufflers. Please note that Real carbon fiber material is more expensive. You wont be disappointed. I posted a picture of carbon fiber paint vs real carbon fiber. The picture on top is real carbon fiber, the picture on bottom is painted carbon fiber.
Muffler is approximately 4" in diameter x 19" long from end to end
Exhaust port is 2" wide on both ends to maximize out flow.
CHECK MESURMENTS
Header pipe measurments:
From engine mount 3 1/2 inches to a 90 degree bend, 4 inches to a 45 degree bend, 4 inches to a 10 degree bend, 7 3/4 inches from last bend to muffler mount.
Please Note: that the header pipe may need modifications done to it depending on the type of scooter you have. On some scooters the bottom of the scooter is shaped differently and might need to be heated up with a butane torch to bend it out a little.
If a return is requested then the buyer is responsible for both shipping tranactions.
Product Fitments
Fits on many models of GY6 Scooters and Mopeds Four Stroke 150cc with the GY6 157 QMJ series motors.
Comes with brackets welded to the pipe for the GY6 application. (some modification may be required).
It will not just "bolt on" to every scooter model. You may need to bend the brackets or make other modification to make it fit.
Warning: check pictures to make sure the header pipe will fit your make and model. Buyers will be responsible for return shipment payment and the initial shipping cost if item does not fit
