BIG EVOLUTION MUFFLERS
PoliniMotori enriches its line of mufflers with the new Polini "BIGEVOLUTION" exhaust specially developed to make the most of the new series of Big Evolution cylinders for both Piaggio and imotors
Water-cooled horizontal Minarelli.
To obtain maximum performance, 2 muffler models will be available for Piaggio engines and 2 muffler models for Minarelli engines.
In detail: a muffler is specific for Big Evolution cylinders Ø47.6
70cc displacement, the other for Big Evolution Ø52 cylinders for 84cc displacement. and 94cc.
The technical features:
- The flange of the exhaust manifold is with 3 holes to mate perfectly to the
new cylinder in order to avoid possible gas leaks and power losses
- The manifold is connected with a turned tube to obtain a Venturi effect in
way of increasing the exhaust gas evacuation flow favoring a
power increase up to 14,000 rpm.
- The shape and measurements of the attractive looking expansion have been studied
to have the maximum yield and to be coupled to the TORSEN WD.
- The silencer curve is removable;
in this way it is possible to insert nozzles of different diameters to increase the number of engine revolutions.
- The silencer, in black anodized aluminum, slightly longer for
contain noise, varies in diameter
slightly thicker interior to improve acceleration.
The bottom can be disassembled to replace the sound-absorbing material.
All of these features improve the overall performance of the engine, both in
acceleration and pure speed, for driving fun
insured in all circuits.
