    I would say it is in excellent condition, a few rub marks on the corners but other then that no chips, cracks, broken or missing pieces. All the steps are intact. Comes with the original wrapping paper and box. (one flap repaired).
    Keep an eye out for some more extreamly rare and over the top in  condition pieces and boxed sets I will be offering in the coming week.
