Payment must be made within 4 working days following the conclusion of the purchase.
The accepted payment methods are as follows:

- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery
The shipment is made within 4 working days, from Monday to Friday using the method indicated in the advertisement. The delivery of the products will take place at the address provided by the purchaser in the times and in the manner provided for by the chosen system (we are not liable for any delays).
The tracking code will be delivered only if the shipping method provides for it, upon request and, starting from the day after shipment. If your package is stranded or in storage we will notify you and do what we do. possession to overcome the impasse.

The Communication may be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours.
The Communication must contain:
- the manifestation of the will to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree 185 of May 22, 1999
- the indication of the product / s for which you decide to make use of the right of withdrawal
- data relating to your bank account (this to allow the refund of the amount due).
To obtain reimbursement of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address. Payment must be made within 3 working days following that of the declaration of withdrawal.
