    The device has a built-in system for measuring short-circuits and wire breaks, and also enables the measurement of wire resistance and voltage measurements.
    The device also enables measurements of earth resistance.

    - resistance measurement range 0-10GΩ
    - built-in signal generator 480Hz, 800Hz or set in the range of 1-10kHz
