This was a surplus item that I purchased at  And electronics swap meet a few years ago never really messed with it but I did throw some batteries in it it takes 8  Double-A batteries and looks like a powers up OK I'm not getting any audio out of  The speaker or I'm not sure from not using it correctly and that's why I'm selling as is no warranty implied no return over all looks like it's in pretty decent shape there is no corrosion in the battery department are and thank you very much
