I bought this new for next day delivery before I dug around a burried cable.  The reviews show it works for some people, for some it doesn't, for me I found a cable burried 3'- 4' and was able to track the path of it for 800 ft without any doubt.   We just finished digging along side it, and now I won't need it again, so here it is- this is the + PRO version, not the cheaper yellow one that only works for 2 ft.
