The Jumbie Jam is named after a character in Trinidadian folklore; the
“Jumbie.”  This mischievous and playful spirit grabs hold of you,

Jumbie, giving you the “Jumbie to Jam!”
US Shipping Details

Standard Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx.
Express shipping is available but you will have to contact us before the auction ends to make preparations.

APO / FPO and other US Military shipments will be shipped USPS Priority Mail for the same charge as continental USA shipping.
Orders Shipping Internationally

We accept Paypal for payment on international orders. We do not accept wire transfers.  We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged.
We have no control over them, nor will be able to quote you on what they may be.

All shipping requests and/or notes MUST be added to your Paypal payment in the “
notes to seller section
”.
This is the ONLY way to make sure our shipping department will see it.
Because we ship items as quickly as possible, emailing your requests does not guarantee they will be seen prior to your item being shipped.

If you live in a country where the English alphabet is not the standard form of written communication, please make sure your name and address appear in Paypal in English.
Other alphabets (Cyrillic, Japanese, Chinese, etc.) will not be translated and your item will be delayed.

Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail International unless otherwise noted.
Email for shipping costs if you would like a different carrier.

Shipping charges are in USD.

Returns

We will accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of the item.
The item must be in original condition to receive a full refund.
Also, packaging must be undamaged; otherwise a 15% repackaging fee will be imposed. We reserve the right to refuse returns in which the value of the item has been diminished in some way.

Before returning an item, please contact us FIRST for shipping instructions and to receive a return authorization number.
Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted.
Combined Shipping

We can combine shipping for multiple items on most of our products.
Send us an email to receive a combined shipping quote, or simply purchase items, and we will send you a combined Paypal invoice.
Shipping Time Frame

We are able to provide local pick-up for items.
