Good solid used Sito+ exhaust fits all vintage Vespa (two stroke) largeframe 125cc or 150cc engines. Based on the successful Vespa T5 geometry, this gives a performance boost over stock but less than a full expansion chamber. Good replacement for your catalyzed 150cc Stella engine. Some minor scuffs as shown, solid, no rust, not choked with carbon.
