Vintage USA Ludwig Flute and Modern NYP Flute Package

Description

I know little about these flutes except what is illustrated. Ludwig is known for its percussion instruments. Researching this flute, I discovered that Ludwig apparently made some metal woodwinds in the past. I found one other Ludwig standard flute, some slide whistles, and a vintage Ludwik metal clarinet. I could not find out anything on its 7105 serial number or date of manufacture. The flute is mechanically functional. It is in an Artley case.
Information on the NYP flute in the Sky USA case is also scant. It is in good used cosmetic condition and is mechanically sound. It was probably made in China for the student market.
Both flutes probably need new pads. Please study the photos carefully. They provide the best description.
