Nexiq 408002: This is a 6-pin to 9-pin Deutsch adapter for use with the 124032 USB Link 2, 124034 USB Link WI-FI Edition, EESM604 Blue Link Mini . This cable enables a 9-pin adapter to connect to a vehicle with a 6-pin connector.
This adapter allows you to connect your 8 or 9 pin GREEN OR BLACK Deutsch device or cable to older 6 pin gray Deutsch diagnostics connector found in 2006 and older heavy duty trucks - Peterbilt, Kenworth, International, Navistar, Freightliner and all other makes.
The black 9 pin connector will accept BOTH BLACK or GREEN 9 pin plug
. You can plug in any device or cable with round 9 pin whether it is black or green.
