Toddler Girls Vintage Skort Floral

For your consideration, a red vintage skort (skirt with built in shorts) with a yellow and white floral print. We have been wearing comfortably at age 2. Measurements in photos. The white is dingy, particularly in the
bum/crotch area. Buttons are non functional, shorts just slip right on up. Elastic at back is in fair shape, see photo for flaw.
